The service integrates directly with Google APIs.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Complying with Google Business policies

ReplyBuzz is a tool to assist automation and does not guarantee business outcomes.

4. Account Access

Users must authenticate using Google to access the platform.

By connecting a Google account, users authorize ReplyBuzz to access their Google Business Profile in order to perform automation tasks.

Users may revoke access at any time through their Google account permissions.

5. Payments and Billing

ReplyBuzz offers subscription-based plans.

Payments are processed through:

  • PayPal
  • Razorpay

ReplyBuzz does not store payment information.

Subscriptions may renew automatically depending on the payment provider settings.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

ReplyBuzz currently does not offer refunds.

7. Service Availability

ReplyBuzz may temporarily suspend automation if:

  • API limits from Google are exceeded
  • Technical issues occur
  • Abuse or misuse is detected

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features to maintain service stability.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Users assume responsibility for the use of generated responses and posts.

9. Termination

ReplyBuzz may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Abuse platform features
  • Attempt to disrupt service operation

Users may stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of ReplyBuzz will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
